Bangalore-based MGA was launched in 2009, following Maini Precision Products Pvt Ltd’s (MPP) move into the aerospace segment in 2004. MPP was the launch company of the Maini Group created in 1973 for the manufacture of high precision components for the Automotive and Engineering industries. A majority of its products are exported to Europe and the USA since 1982. Since 2004, the Group’s Flagship Company, MPP, has been exporting aerospace machined high precision components to leading companies, such as Safran Group companies, Snecma, Snecma HAL, Technofan, Sofrance, Eaton, Augusta Westland, Hamilton Sundstrand, Magellan etc. Recently other leading aerospace companies, such as HAL, Goodrich, Parker Aerospace, Martin Baker, MTU, BAE Systems,GE Aviation, etc., have also become its customers.
