The unearthing of document, from over-ground Maoists, which exposed their plans to eliminate the Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has more importantly, bared the sophisticated anti-India criminal enterprise, which straddles and vitiates most fields of human persuasion. They can barely suppress the disquiet, frustration and anger it has provoked. Some of the over-ground enemies of Modi have been taking refuge in duplicity, some in ambivalence, some in equivocality, some in pseudo-intellectualism, and some in journalistic gymnastics both verbal and written. The latter includes one Maoist, an enemy of India, who has tried to obfuscate the desire of the Jihadis and Maoists, by giving her own theory of assassination through her twitter. This honourable lady, an enemy of India, indeed is one of the critical links between the jihadi terrorists and the Maoists. She is sought after by those journalists and media houses that have thrived at the cost of weak and subverted governments. A strong and confident India means death knell for them. They would rather see both Mr. Modi and ‘Bharat’ die.

The political desperation for physical elimination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been palpable in the last 15 years. This was even before he became the Prime Minister of India.

The political desperation for physical elimination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been palpable in the last 15 years. This was even before he became the Prime Minister of India. The most brazen of all the attempts was in Patna in October 2013. This author was present at the Gandhi Maidan when the bombs were exploding in a clockwise pattern, every five minutes. Mr. Modi, undeterred came to the dais as scheduled and wore unfazed expression. Any hint of panic in his demeanor could have caused a catastrophic stampede in a crowd that measured no less than 10 lacs.

Since Mr. Modi as prime ministerial candidate was addressing a public meeting for the first time in Patna, there was enormous excitement in the state. In the same vein, this author visited the rally site the previous evening at about 2100 hours. Nobody stopped this author from going on to the dais. It was shocking because the rudimentary security drill demands that the area around the dais be sanitized and sealed much in advance. This drill was indeed followed in letter and spirit when Rahul Gandhi had visited Patna. Ironically, it later emerged that the bombs were being planted around Gandhi Maidan during the same time. It also now established that these bombs were being planted by the cadres of banned jihadi outfit Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). SIMI is an affiliate of LeT and takes its operational directions from it. The political omission, if not commission, in the assassination attempt was more than obvious by the posturing of some political leaders. They appeared to be too dismayed by the failed attempt.

The Patna assassination attempt followed the most serious bid to eliminate Mr. Modi by the LeT a decade before. Mr. Modi was then the Chief Minister of Gujarat. And in that he was a very popular Chief Minister, hailed the world over, for his governance and development in Gujarat. His elevation to the Office of the Prime Minister was increasingly becoming a foregone outcome. The Intelligence Bureau had picked up the leads and was tracking Ishrat Jahan’s suicide mission. She was apprehended and killed in an encounter. The LeT promptly hailed Ishrat Jahan’s ‘martyrdom’ on its website, unambiguously claiming her as the outfit’s jihadi operative. Certain politicians were again dismayed at the failed attempt by the LeT. They chose to give benefit of doubt to the LeT rather than the Intelligence Bureau. They persistently questioned the veracity of the encounter. They appeared apologetic as far as the LeT is concerned.

Politicians and political parties close to Dawood, are by extension linked to LeT and ISI, which has a history of political assassinations in Pakistan.

The LeT nexus with certain Indian politicians and political parties was then nebulous but difficult to deny. Over the years this nexus crystalized and manifested in 26/11. Jihadis belonging to the LeT, attacked Mumbai, but failed in their objective of labelling it as ‘Hindu Terror’ in collusion with certain politicians and political parties. These politicians were again dismayed that the LeT had failed in the joint conspiracy to kill Mr. Modi politically. Politicians and political parties close to Dawood, are by extension linked to LeT and ISI, which has a history of political assassinations in Pakistan.

The momentum of the script, however, had gone too far to be contained even after the apprehension of Ajmal Kasab. Reverential allusions and salutation to Hafiz Saeed in the aftermath could not be contained nor the release of the book ‘26/11 RSS Ki Sazish’ be prevented. This was all done by certain Indian politicians and political parties to placate Hafiz Saeed. Later, a certain politician from a certain party made a trip to Pakistan and implored some quarters to ensure the exit of Mr. Modi. Did he mean exit from this world?

The recent document has been recovered from an over-ground Maoist Mahesh Raut. Four other over-ground Maoist cadres Rona Wilson (close aide of GN Saibaba), Sudhir Dhawle (Editor of Marathi magazine Vidrohi), Surrender Gadling (lawyer), and Shoma Sen (professor of English at Nagpur) have also been arrested for the conspiracy to assassinate the prime minister. Allegedly, it was Rona Wilson who arranged hide-out for Umar Khalid when he was on run after anti-India demonstrations at JNU. These five Maoists have one common link, i.e. Gadchiroli in Maharashtra.

The politician – Maoist link in this forested region has deep roots. It is a matter of analysis that under the previous dispensation in Maharashtra, the encounters resulted in police weapons being looted by Maoists. Police casualties were relatively minimal. It was believed that this arrangement had political patronage in order to arm the Maoists to strengthen their position in Chhattisgarh and other areas. A substantial number of weapons recovered from the Maoists in the rest of the corridor linked their ownership to the Maharashtra Police. It is not incidental that a former Union Minister travelled pillion on a motorcycle in the Gadchiroli region. It could not have been without the assurance of his Maoist friends.

Maoists are used by political parties to create terror and influence elections. During elections, they are not only leveraged by politicians and political parties but inimical countries as well.

The nexus between politicians, political parties and the Maoists is well-known. In Jharkhand, one politician, who was the Chief Minister, owed eight legislators out of 15 to the benefaction of the Maoists. One Chief Minister of Bihar allegedly paid Rs.300 crores to the Maoists to influence elections. One speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly was not even apologetic about his Maoist links. The unconstitutional National Advisory Council under the previous regime was packed with Maoists. The members of the European Commission were facilitated by the same regime to witness the trial of the Maoist Dr Binayak Sen. As soon as he was granted bail, he was appointed as a member of Health Committee of the erstwhile Planning Commission. It is another matter that Binayak Sen had not treated anyone but Maoists in Chhattisgarh. Another doctor and Maoist activist, also close to the Church, is known for performing vasectomy operations on Maoist cadres. It was because of the growing phenomenon of Maoist cadres opting for marriage and raising families, which in-turn debilitated the armed strength.

Maoists are used by political parties to create terror and influence elections. During elections, they are not only leveraged by politicians and political parties but inimical countries as well. The Maoists and their ideology is a tool to kill India’s religion, culture, social-harmony, economy and in the overall analysis India’s rise. It is also not incidental that the Maoists carved their Red Corridor in the mineral rich belt of the country, and have openly teamed up with political parties to ensure India’s dependence on external powers on critical resources. The movement to stop Bauxite production in Odisha, and recently copper in Tamil Nadu was blatant economic warfare on India.

An ambitious ‘not so young’ PM aspirant has been lending his dynastic weight to this economic warfare.

It is also well-known that the over-ground Maoists in garb of intellectuals, lawyers, doctors, teachers and activists thrive on the Maoists extortion industry, which as per one estimate is to the tune of Rs.14,000 crores. Much of this industry was hit by the demonetization. Delhi University professor, GN Saibaba, it is established was being funded from the Gadchiroli extortion industry of the Maoists to spread urban terrorism in Delhi.

Recently, the father of the notorious Umar Khalid, part of the infamous ‘Tukre-Tukre gang’, visited the Pakistan Embassy for Iftar Party. The Pakistan Embassy is the spiritual home to many journalists and activists during the Ramzan period. Assessment about India during this Iftar Party is part of the menu. Anyway, when Umar Khalid’s enlightened father emerged from this spiritual home, i.e. the Pakistan Embassy, after Iftar Party, he was asked about the discovery of the letter entailing the plan to assassinate Mr. Modi. He immediately retorted that it was fabricated. It was obvious that he discussed the matter with his masters in spiritual home. May be his spiritual masters now must have modified their plan.

Any good citizen or patriot will never doubt the intelligence input of his own agencies, the same agencies that are exerting day and night to insulate them from invading jihadis, Maoists and other inimical viruses.

Umar Khalid, like the twitter tigress, straddles the Maoist terror world and the jihadi terror world. The tryst between the jihadis and the Maoists was for the whole world to see at the JNU. This was scripted by one ISI operative Iqbal Cheema, who operated from the Pakistan Embassy.

The Maoist plan therefore to assassinate Mr. Modi has received no less impetus by the Maoist-jihadi nexus. This nexus has been in evolution for past several years. It first began in the rural areas with the help of Bangladesh based jihadis and now it has travelled to the urban centers. The ISI is known to have also tapped into Dawood Gang to bring the jihadis and the Maoists together. The collective efforts of the two were quite evident in the endeavour to stave off the hanging of Yaqub Memon.

Before the Patna incident, there was another input regarding an assassination attempt on Mr. Modi during the election campaign. This author was invited by a TV channel to analyze the technical inputs. The very next day, one of the editors told me that he was hauled up by his masters and asked an explanation as to why a programme depicting threat to Modi’s life was run, thus unnecessarily creating sympathy in his favour.

Why is so that when the motive and plans to assassinate Mr. Modi is brought in public domain, there is so much of heated debate on the veracity of the input? Why the Pakistan inspired and Maoist inspired anti-nationals are insisting on the veracity of the document? Does the judiciary in any country authenticate the veracity of the intelligence inputs? Any good citizen or patriot will never doubt the intelligence input of his own agencies, the same agencies that are exerting day and night to insulate them from invading jihadis, Maoists and other inimical viruses.

The whole posturing of the ‘doubting Thomass’ wreaks of Maoists sympathy and it is evident that there is entrenched lobby in this country, which is nervous, and wants to see the last of Mr. Modi. Just as most people despise beastly people, some do not want humanity and India to thrive. The unfortunate part is that this well entrenched beastly people come in garb of English speaking pseudo-intellectuals, some of whom are already active abroad. They have been pressed into service.

Hypothetically, if while determining the veracity of the input, the worst happens, what will follow? These anti-India agents will not be seen on television for a week or two, and then these shameless creatures will reappear to get on with their mission of India’s destruction. Something similar happened when Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated. This author was posted at MI Directorate and was privy to a document, which clearly carried an intercept ‘Garland of Bullets’. This pertained to the period when the Indian Army was operating in Sri Lanka. The file had gone to the relevant ministry, but the relevant minister, who is still a very active politician, put a web of questions around the input, and consequently the worst feared happened.

Now when the current document reveals the intention to carry out Rajiv Gandhi type assassination of Mr. Modi, are we to pitch the input against web of questions?

  1. Pure vote bank politics even by the current dispensation. It has carried appeasement to extremes by propping up a treacherous regime headed by mehbooba , who did everything in her power to demonize and defame the Indian Army and allowed traitors to flourish. Woman like andrabi and mehbooba are shameless puppets of Pakistan.

  2. The author has revealed only those facts that have been reported by the media over the years. Two assassination attempts have been made on Modi and the whole world saw it, but some p-r-o-s-t-i-t-u-t-e-s are still questioning the veracity of the document recovered from Maoists.

  3. As usual, in depth and objective analysis. The worst shall not be allowed to happen. It is essential that the input is carried to logical end by smoking out the bandicoots and exposing all their sympathizers, cohorts, financiers, collaborators and front persons brutally.

  4. There are shades of grey in what is happening. Every militant and dissident organisation has the aim of wiping out the oppositions leadership. So if somebody put it down in writing, its nothing new. Yes we have to exercise caution and and ever threat has to be taken seriously we can leave no loop holes. The moot question is that why all of a sudden this issue has come up and what is the authenticity of that letter. The identity of these people and their leaning are all known to the Government through the intelligence agencies. Why we didnt deal with them before, just like we are waiting for Geelani in Kashmir to turn a new leaf spending tax payers money to keep a traitor safe alive and plotting against the nation. By now he should have been bumped off and so should have been these guys mentioned here. The real question here is that why have we left this sore to manifest in the country for so long. Political indecisiveness, or simple lack of balls to take the bull by its horns. This whole issue smacks of an apathetic attitude towards the security of the nation.
