It is not a secret any more that Anthony Fauci, Director of America’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Chief Medical Advisor to the US President was involved in the development of viruses in China. According to a report published in Newsweek in April 2019, the NIAID committed $3.7 million over six years for research on bat corona-viruses in China. The rearch also included gain of function work, which involved manipulating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans. This program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat corona-viruses which ended in 2019, bringing the total US funding to $7.4 million.

According to the report, the first part of the research began in 2014 and was completed in 2019 – funding Shi Zheng-Li, a Chinese virologist at the P-4 Lab in Wuhan, China. The second phase of the research began in 2018 and included additional surveillance work and gain function research for the purpose of understanding how bat corona-viruses could mutate to attack humans. Fauci refused to answer questions when contacted by Newsweek.

It is also no secret that the US has funded bio-labs in Ukraine, Algeria and Kazakhstan – multiple in the case of Ukraine (19 according to one source). During the invasion, Russia captured documents that showed some of these bio-labs were involved in developing anthrax and plagues viruses close to Ukraine’s border with Russia. Most significantly, the captured documents included instructions from the Pentagon to destroy all evidence before these could fall in the Russian hands in case of an invasion.

Russia then raised with the US the issue of assistance in development of biological weapons in US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine. China is no lesser a demon but responding to a question during a press briefing, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian Zhao Lijian says, “US bio-labs in Ukraine have indeed attracted much attention. All dangerous pathogens in Ukraine must be stored in these labs and all research activities led by the US side….should disclose specific information as soon as possible including which viruses are stored and what research has been conducted.”

America, caught with its pants down, responded through its Deputy Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland, saying, “There are biological research laboratories in Ukraine. At the moment, we are concerned that the Russian military may be trying to take control of them. We are working with the Ukrainian side to prevent biological research materials from reaching Russian forces.”  Significantly, Russia is signatory to the CTBT whereas both the US and China are not.

But now evidence has emerged that the US Department of Defense (DoD) signed an agreement with Ukraine’s Ministry of Health in 2005 for biological research, which can very well be used to develop biological weapons because of continuous development of US-funded pathogens in Ukraine (https://twitter.com/PatilSushmit/status/1501799400711999490?t=A9WaLs3CvWWxEREln8pWbQ&s=19). The gist of the Agreement is as under:

    • The US will assist Ukraine in preventing proliferation of technology, pathogens and expertise located in the Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene (Lviv), Ukrainian Scientific Research Anti-Plague Institute (Odessa), Central Sanitary Epidemiological Station (Kyiv) and other facilities in Ukraine that could be used to develop biological weapons at no cost.
    • Ukraine to use all material (including equipment, instruments and other supplies), training of personnel and services provided by the US exclusively for the purpose of preventing proliferation of technology, pathogens and expertise located in their facilities that could be used for developing biological weapons.
    • Ukraine to provide to the US list of facilities in Ukraine that may receive assistance under this Agreement.
    • Both Ukraine and the US have the right to delegate responsibilities for the implementation of the Agreement to other organizations, departments, agencies, or units of respective governments. .
    • Both parties have the right to designate technical representatives for material, training and other services provided.
    • Total cost to the US shall be up to US$15 million but US assistance is not limited to cooperative biological research, biological threat agent detection and response, and assistance for improving biological material protection, control and accountability.
    • Ukraine to ensure material provided by the US is processed on priority, ensuring prompt delivery to its ultimate destination.
    • Ukraine to ensure appropriate security is provided to the US DoD representatives, contractors and equipment at those facilities associated with activities of this Agreement.
    • Ukraine to consolidate and store all dangerous pathogens at secure centralized laboratories that have received or are receiving US assistance.
    • The US may provide molecular diagnostics capabilities, improved electronic communication and equipment for the safe and timely transport of field pathogen samples to the centralized laboratories.

The agreement is very cleverly worded to portray it is for prevention of proliferation of pathogens but actually it is for development and storing of weaponized pathogens in Ukraine under supervision of the US DoD. Why else would the US DoD spend US$15 million?

The Russian Defence Ministry has claimed that the US planned was to conduct research on pathogens of birds, bats and reptiles in Ukraine by 2022, as also further transition for studying the possibility of carrying African swine fever and anthrax. The Russians further say that the purpose of this and other Pentagon-funded biological research in Ukraine was to create a covert distribution mechanism for deadly pathogens. Now the  Russian Defence Ministry has also announced that in the near future, they will publish the next package of documents received from Ukrainian employees of biological laboratories and present the results of their examination.

Russia has called for a UNSC meeting to discuss America developing biological weapons in Ukraine. But nothing would come out of it because the UN will side with the US, singing the old song “there is no evidence”. Same had happened in Syria when a UN team was sent to investigate the Sarin gas attack by anti-Syrian government outfits investigating a chemical weapon supplied by UK’s top mercenary outfit ‘Britain Defence’. In any case, no resolution can be passed against any P-5 nation due to veto power. America anyway is jumping up and down at the UN for the recent ICBM test by North Korea but Kim Jong-un is showing two fingers by announcing expansion of the ICBM site.

The US has gone on counter offensive saying Russia is likely to mount a chemical attack. On the other hand, it is quite possible that the US would engineer a chemical or biological attack in Ukraine through Zelensky or mercenaries putting the blame on Russia. But that may invite a very severe response from Russia.

Interestingly, given the ‘sanctions fever’ that has gripped US President Joe Biden, America threatened China with “devastating sanctions” if Chinese companies helped Russia in the Ukraine conflict. China has hit back saying in such an event, its response will be “harsh”. The US should know better than inviting a ‘harsher’ pandemic to ruin its economy with inflation already at a 40-year high.

Fauci has been foolishly funding the P-4 lab in Wuhan; did he really believe that China will share the research and development of bio weapons with Washington? If Fauci did it on the basis of Washington being ‘Uncle Sam’, why did he not perceive that Chinese virologist Shi Zheng-Li possibly considers Beijing ‘Sam’s Daddy’?

It is abundantly clear that given the involvement of the US in Ukraine and Biden’s obsession, peace in Ukraine is not possible, not in the near future at least because the US will not permit it. China is the winner with US-NATO focus in Ukraine and Western sanctions also taxing the economies America and European nations.

  1. The US has an administration that has turned rogue. All shady and banned activities are outsourced to China or Ukraine. All illegal activities are given to military contractors. All undercover activities carried out by the CIA are conducted by the Ford Foundation. And when the world detects them, they are quietly blamed on others. Till then they flatly deny about their involvement and keep lying through their teeth. Bribing the media helps in no small measure. There is hardly any difference between authoritarian regimes and the US when it comes to illegal activity and violating international agreements.
