Admiral RK Dhowan and Vice Admiral PK Chatterjee
Being their first official ‘call-on’, both the Flag officers’ were received at the South Block lawns by Admiral RK Dhowan, Chief of the Naval Staff and were presented a ‘Guard of Honour’ prior to the meeting. Various issues of ‘operational and administrative’ nature were discussed during the meeting.
